A short version of what matters

Digital Signage processes business account data, display and content configuration, support activity, and TV playback information so the platform can authenticate users, deliver the right media to each screen, and keep the service running reliably.

Account access

We use role-based access and secure cookies to sign in business users and control what each account can see.

TV playback

The TV app receives assigned content from the backend and stores cached media locally so playback can continue when connectivity is unstable.

Support data

Support chat messages, logs, and troubleshooting data are used to resolve issues and maintain the service.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Signage processes information in the web app and the TV app.

The web app is used by business owners, managers, viewers, and super admins to manage displays, media, groups, campaigns, fallback content, and support. The TV app is the screen-side application that receives assigned content and reports playback and display status back to the platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that is needed to run the platform, secure access, and keep displays in sync with assigned content.

  • Account and business information such as email address, role, status, and business association.
  • Content and configuration data such as displays, groups, campaigns, sliders, media files, and fallback assignments.
  • TV app and device data such as pairing status, playback status, display identifiers, cached media references, and connection events.
  • Support and diagnostic data such as support chat messages, logs, timestamps, and error details.
  • Authentication tokens stored as secure cookies in the web app and temporary session tokens used by connected clients.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, authorize access, manage content, and deliver the correct media to each display.

  • Sign in users and enforce role-based access across business and super admin areas.
  • Pair displays and keep the web app and TV app synchronized.
  • Fetch assigned content, report display status, and support offline playback on the TV app.
  • Handle support requests, investigate incidents, and maintain operational logs.
  • Protect the platform against unauthorized access, abuse, and service interruptions.

4. Web App Details

The web app uses HttpOnly cookies for access, refresh, and reset tokens. These cookies are used to keep sessions secure and are not stored in localStorage or sessionStorage.

The platform relies on server-side authorization to decide which dashboard and actions a user can access. Uploaded files, forms, and support messages are sent to backend services so they can be processed and stored securely.

5. TV App Details

The TV app connects to the backend with a WebSocket token to retrieve assigned content and display status.

To support smoother playback, the TV app can cache media locally on the device. Cached files are used only for playback and are refreshed when updated content is available.

The TV app is designed for connected displays, so pairing and playback telemetry are part of normal operation.

6. Sharing and Retention

We share information only with service providers and operational systems that are necessary to run the platform, or with the authorized users in your organization who need access to manage displays and content.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet operational requirements, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations.

7. Security

We use token-based authentication, secure cookies, and role-based access controls to reduce unauthorized access.

No system is perfectly secure, but we design the platform so that sensitive session data is handled server-side whenever possible.

8. Your Choices

You can review or update account details through the web app or by working with your organization administrator.

If you want help with a privacy request, account access, or content removal, contact support through the product interface so the request can be routed to the right team.
